1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BWTmedia LLC ("BWTmedia"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

BWTmedia provides done-for-you AI systems, including Vibe-Coded websites, AI Receptionist voice agents, AI Chatbots, reputation management tools, and local SEO services. Specific service levels and setup terms are specified in your service plan.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

Subscription fees for recurring AI services are billed on a monthly basis. Monthly fees are non-refundable after service activation. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Clients agree to provide accurate business information necessary to train AI voice and chat agents. Clients agree not to use BWTmedia platforms for deceptive marketing, spam, or unlawful activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWTmedia LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service downtime, phone carrier disruptions, or third-party platform updates.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
